Youth Training Program
Our Kids Group is BACK for Term 2!We’re bringing the same fun, fitness, and good vibes—just with a fresh twist! This 10-week program is still all about helping young athletes build confidence and improve their skills, but this term, we’re shifting the focus slightly to strength-based movement.
Expect all the same great stuff:
