Introducing our Kids Group, designed to help young athletes develop speed, fitness, and movement skills in a fun, engaging environment! Running in line with school terms, Term 1 will be a 10-week program where kids will learn the fundamentals of agility, speed drills, and overall fitness, all while having a blast. Whether they're looking to improve sports performance or just get active, this class is the perfect way for kids to build confidence, develop their skills, and have a great time doing it!
